Payments · one-off mode

One order. One address.
One exact amount.

Payments is Suward’s mode for one-off transactions: every order gets a unique payment address and a fixed amount, with every fee quoted before your customer confirms. When the payment lands, you know precisely which order it belongs to.

Who it’s for

Built for businesses that sell in orders

Online stores, digital goods, invoices, top-ups with a fixed amount — anywhere the question is “has this specific order been paid?” Payments answers it with certainty: a unique address per order means every transfer matches an order — nothing to reconcile by hand.

How a payment flows

What your customer sees — and what you get

01

You create a payment.

Via API or hosted checkout. The amount is fixed; the network fee ($0.01–$0.30) is quoted upfront. By default you cover both fees, so your customer pays exactly the price you show — or you can shift either fee to them, per payment.

02

Your customer pays.

Each payment is denominated in one asset, fixed when you create it — so the amount on the screen and the amount that arrives can’t diverge, and your checkout decides which assets to offer.

03

The transaction is screened

for AML and sanctions risk before it is credited.

How compliance works
04

You get Accepted — enough confirmations to ship or deliver. Then Success — irreversible, ready to withdraw. Each stage triggers a signed webhook, so your system reacts automatically.

How settlement works

Mode guarantees

The failure modes are already handled

No duplicate charges.

If your server retries a request — a timeout, a crash, a double click — the same payment is never created twice.

No wrong amounts.

The amount is fixed when the payment is created; your customer sees exactly what to send before they confirm.

No orphaned transfers.

Every address maps to exactly one order. Nothing arrives “from nowhere.”

No premature trust.

A payment is never treated as done on a single block confirmation.

Hosted checkout

No checkout page? Use ours.

The hosted checkout is a ready payment page: your customer sees the exact amount, the address, and a QR code with a countdown — and pays. You add one redirect — nothing else to build. Prefer full control? Build your own flow on the same API. Want to see it first? Our demo store runs on the hosted checkout — pick an item and pay with free test tokens, end to end.

Mode FAQ

Common questions

What if the customer sends the wrong amount?

The checkout shows your customer exactly what to send before they confirm, so mismatches are the exception. If less arrives, the payment is marked as underpaid — and you control the tolerance, down to zero. If more arrives, the excess is credited to your balance. Either way the dashboard and the API show the real received amount. Details in the docs

Which assets can I accept?

Stablecoins and major cryptocurrencies across multiple networks — a growing list, with stablecoins as the backbone for B2B use. Each payment is denominated in one asset you set at creation, so what you quote is what arrives; your checkout decides which options to show.

When can I ship the order?

At Accepted — the payment has enough confirmations to be safe to act on. Withdraw at Success, when it’s irreversible. Details

What does a payment cost me?

The service fee is 0.4% of the amount — no minimum with Basic screening; Extended screening carries a $0.45 minimum per payment. In the default setup, both fees are on you — the 0.4% and the fixed network fee of $0.01–$0.30 — and your customer pays exactly the price you show. Either fee can be shifted to your customer, and every fee is quoted before anyone confirms. Full pricing
