1. Acceptance of Terms

How you agree to these terms (by registering for or using the Service) and who may use it: age, legal capacity, and not being located in a sanctioned jurisdiction (see AML/KYC).

2. Definitions

3. Description of Service

Suward is a stablecoin payment gateway: accepting payments in crypto on EVM networks, generating deposit addresses, monitoring, balances, and withdrawals. Stated honestly: withdrawals are operator-review; webhooks are in development. Features that are not yet built are not stated as contractual obligations.

4. Account Registration

Accuracy of submitted data, responsibility for API keys and 2FA, and organizations, projects, and roles.

5. Acceptable Use

What is prohibited (fraud, money laundering, sanctioned transactions, illegal goods). See the AML/KYC & Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Fees and Payment

The fee is 0.4% + min $1 plus the network fee. Suward may change fees with notice. See Pricing.

7. Payments and Settlement

The payment lifecycle Pending → Safe → Finalized; funds are credited after confirmations; reorg risks; on-chain irreversibility. See the Risk Disclosure.

8. Withdrawals

The withdrawal process (operator-review today), timelines and checks, and the right to delay a withdrawal on suspicion (AML).
